Ocean Lanes used to be located at 1420 East Ocean Ave, Lompoc, CA
May 2008 the bowling center was closed by court order.
By July 2008 the center was torn down and a vacant lot remained.
December 2011 Update: The lot is still vacant, the property has not been sold to the developer, no building progress has been made.
A new report indicates plans for a 16 Lane Bowling Center for Buellton, CA only about 18 miles east of Lompoc are being made. The working name for the center is Santa Ynez Valley Bowl.
Former bowlers of Ocean lanes are bowling at Vandenberg AFB, Rancho Bowl Santa Maria, and Zodo's in Goleta. Quite a few have stopped bowling.
